French astronaut Pesquet speaks to schoolchildren from the International Space Station

French astronaut Thomas Pesquet of the European Space Agency takes part in a live in-flight event aboard the International Space Station, spinning a globe and describing the orbital craft’s journey over Earth.

IN SPACE (DECEMBER 6, 2016) (NASA TV) – Thomas Pesquet of the European Space Agency took part in a live event in-flight event aboard the International Space Station on Tuesday (December 6).

The ISS Expedition 50 flight engineer answered questions from the French Academy of Sciences in Paris.

It is the first trip aboard the ISS for the 38-year-old Frenchman who is the youngest member of the ESA Astronaut Corps, according to reports.
