RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL (FEBRUARY 15, 2015) (TV GLOBO) – Tennis stars Rafael Nadal and David Ferrer got into the Carnival spirit on Sunday (February 15) night as they danced samba in the city’s famous Sambadrome parade route.
The Spanish tennis players are in Rio for the Rio Open which begins on Monday (February 16).
Nadal, currently ranked number three in the world, looked a bit shy on the parade route, but he finally got his groove on as he did a little samba step and waved his arms in the air as the athletes paraded in front of thousands with the Viradouro samba school.
Nadal and Ferrer were joined by retired Brazilian tennis champion Gustavo Kuerten.
